Oh, Beau. There's so much I love about this beautiful boy. When Michelle at Silverfire first posted him and his brother for sale, he immediately caught my eye with his smooth, uphill topline and of course, those solid ears! I'm a sucker for solid ears. We weren't supposed to bring in another junior buck for another year or two, but when I saw GCH Silverfire Black Tie Affair 2*M EX90 win her class at 2025 Nationals - I knew I had to inquire about him. I had no idea that he would turn out to be her son! When Michelle told me that, then continued to say Tie had just received the award for Nubian Best Udder at Nationals (skipping the Champion and Reserve - which typically never happens) and the Total Performer award, I basically told her to take my money. We took the LONG drive to Texas the following week to pick him up, and I have to say I love him more each and every day that he grows.

As if his dam wasn't exciting enough, Beau brings in some fantastic genetics from his sire's side, as well. *B CA Blackberry's Lunar is the son of GCH Big_Hoofhearted RB Luna 2*M EX92 - the 2022 National Champion and Best Udder, 2023 Reserve Best Udder, and 2024 Reserve National Champion and Reserve Best Udder. Lunar's sire is SG +*B Urban Acres Charming Troubadour, a buck that we have admired since we first got into showing for the beautiful socked on udders he put on his daughters.

Needless to say, Beau's udder genetics are out of this world. We cannot wait to use him on some of our girls and see if he passes those genetics along to them. If nothing else, we expect his kids to be very dairy and feminine, which is something we always want.
